Classroom lock function

When the room needs to be secured, use the outside key to lock the outside knob. The inside knob remains free, so occupants can operate it without unlocking the outside knob first.

• Deadlocking latchbolt operated by the knob on either side when the outside knob is unlocked.
• Key outside locks the outside knob.
• Key outside unlocks the outside knob.
• Inside knob always free.
