The Corbin Russwin CL3140NT is a Grade 1 cylindrical exit latch for high-use commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. The inside lever operates the deadlocking latchbolt and remains free at all times, while the outside lever stays locked.

Function

Choose the CL3140NT when the required operation is an always-free inside lever with an always-locked outside lever. Its function differs from passage hardware, which allows lever operation from both sides.
