Function

Use the outside key to lock or unlock the outside lever. When outside entry is locked, the inside lever remains free for operation, and the outside lever free-wheels rather than remaining rigid.

• Deadlocking latchbolt operated by the lever on either side, except when the outside key locks the outside lever.
• Outside key locks the outside lever.
• Outside key unlocks the outside lever.
• Inside lever always free.
• Outside lever free-wheels in the locked position.

Grade 2 light commercial performance

The CL3800 Series combines value and performance for light commercial applications while complementing the look of other Corbin Russwin cylindrical locks. Choose the CL3855 when outside-key-controlled classroom operation is needed rather than entrance/office push-button locking or non-locking passage operation.
