The 9 Series Checkmate® is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted stop and holder designed for high-traffic interior or exterior doors that withstand heavy abuse.

  • High traffic, heavy abuse applications

  • Heavy duty construction

  • Surface mounted

  • Slide track arm

  • For use on interior or exterior, single acting doors

  • Maximum opening is 110 degrees

  • 1-3/4” minimum door thickness

  • Friction, hold open and stop functions

  • 1-3/16" square channel

  • Heavy shock absorber spring provides 5-7 degrees compression before dead stop

  • The less spring (LS) option omits spring for special applications

  • Surface on/off knob on hold open models

  • Complete screw packet with thru-bolts for door, plus wood and machine screws for frame

  • For security areas, Torx® screws are optional

  • Hanging means other than standard butts or offset pivots requires special templating

Certifications:
